You are welcome to breast feed your baby at the practice.
For illness up to seven days, including Saturday and Sunday, you may require a self-signing certificate. These are available from your employer or from our receptionist. For illness lasting eight days or more, a medical certificate may be obtained from the doctor. You will need to make an appointment for this.
We are more than happy to accommodate non-NHS work, such as insurance medicals, DVLA forms, passports, insurance forms and a variety of other medical assessments including diving, taxi, HGV and PSV. Being non-NHS, there is a standard charge for each form. Please enquire as to the cost when making the booking. Fees for non-General Medical Services are displayed in the reception area, or you can click here to download the fees list.
